You can find the Visualizer App for your IPEVO doc cam in the Company Portal on your computers Start Menu. 

Search for "Visualizer" in the App section of the company portal.

Click install. The program will install within a few minutes. 

Once installed, search for the Visualizer App in the Start Menu and click on "pin to task bar" for quicker access. 

Your IPEVO doc cam will automatically connect to Visualizer once you open the program. Click on links below to troubleshoot connection issues.
