There are two options if you don't know your password. You can use the "Forgot Password" option to send a one-time code to the personal email address we have for you or you can contact the VUSD Tech Services Helpdesk at 559-730-7627 and they will reset it for you.




Check your personal email account. Find the code that was sent. This will allow you to set a new password.
Enter your password and confirm. Make sure it meets the listed minimum requirements. You'll know they are met when they all turn green.

If the system says: "A personal email address was not found for your account.", contact the VUSD Human Resources department at 559-931-8120, and they will add it for you. When you can get into your accounts, you can also enter one yourself or change the one you have from the VUSD Employee Self Service system.
