We are aware of an issue when students log into their Chromebook with their username and password where the progress bar just cycles(spins) and never completes the login process. Google has released a patch for this issue and affected devices will need to be updated. This only affects machines that are running version 139.0.7258.137. They will need to be updated to version 139.0.7258.164 or later of ChromeOS. This happens automatically as the device is used. You can check the current version of your ChromeOS by pressing Alt+V at the login screen, information will appear in the upper right corner of the screen. Until the update is applied to your device you will need to continue to use the workaround listed below.

At the login screen:

1. Click the Blue "Login" button
2. Click the "Login with Google" button
3. Sign into Clever with your vusd.us username and password
4. If you get prompted to input your old password, choose forgot password and continue anyway.
