iPad App Installation Request

FOR VUSD STAFF ONLY


To request installation of an app to a VUSD iPad, follow these steps:

  • Log into the VUSD Service Ticket System at https://servicetickets.vusd.org with your @vusd.us account.
  • Click the Request a Service tool.

  • Click the VUSD iPad App Request service item.

  • Complete the form and click Place Request (upper right).

  • A service ticket will be created. You can manage and communicate through this ticket like any other VUSD service ticket.

  • A technician will be in touch to complete the process.
