Printing how to (Staple, Collate, Hole Punch)

If you are printing to the copier (VUSD-Copiers) and are having problems stapling, collating, or adding hole punches, you can find step by step directions below.


  • With the document you would like printed open, go to File, Print. Make sure your Printer is VUSD-Copiers.

  • From the main printer screen, you can choose the pages you would like to print, whether you would print double-sided, or how to handle documents that are bigger than the paper you're printing to. 
  • If you need more options, click on the properties button at the top of the printer screen.

  • The first page of options allows you to choose between one and two-sided printing and how you would like the binding to be handled. 
  • If you would like to collate or collate and staple. 
  • If you would like to see everything available, there are other tabs that go into more granular printing controls. 
  • Once you have everything how you like it, click OK, and then print.
