How to check if a YouTube video will be blocked for students with YouTube filtering enabled
For grade levels that have YouTube filtering enabled, teachers can use the following tool to check if their videos will be blocked for students by our filtering service.
- Go here: https://relay.school
- Enter the Email address: [email protected]
- Click Continue
- Enter the Password: w3fxz5hm58k
- Click the blue "Sign in" button
- Once logged in, click on "Filter" then "Video Rules" at the top-left.
- Once on the "Video Rules" screen, paste URL of YouTube video in the top box and hit "Check". This will tell you if the video will be accessible to students or not.
- If the video is blocked and you'd like to request that it be whitelisted, please submit a service request, include the URL and choose the following Service Area, Request Type and Sub category.
- Technology > Special Requests > Website block/unblock request
