1. On iPhone or iPad--Locate the settings app

2. Open Settings--Locate Wifi settings

3. In Wifi settings--Locate "VUSD-Wireless"--touch blue "i" to the far right

4. With VUSD-Wireless options open--Locate "Private Address" and click on arrow

5. Select the "Off" option

6. Reconnect to VUSD-Wireless
